Xactra Technologies is a high performance manufacturing facility supplying custom, high precision mechanical components and assemblies to the optical industry.
As a company, we are very clear on Our Focus. That being recognized as the premier supplier of custom mechanical components to the photonics marketplace.
Our capabilities are in the areas of Precision Milling, Precision Turning and Swiss Turning. Added to these core capabilities, we compliment these process with centerless grinding, honing, assembly, kiting and many other additional enhanced services.
Our facility runs utilizing 10 hour shifts 4 days per week. This scheduling scenario has proven to be more productive with additional days left open for scheduled over-time.
Our primary focus is on supplying production components and assemblies. The word "production" can mean a number of things depending upon the customer. We produce production requirements from quantities of 8 to 10 to many thousands of pieces.
Even though we concentrate on supplying our customer partners with their production requirements, we also assist them with their development and prototyping needs. Helping with this stage will improve the manufacturability when it comes time for production.
